Acme et al is space that merges art, design and photography. It offers specialised photographic and printing services and manages commercial design projects within its Gallery and Foodspace.
Gallery + Store:
stretches over two floors and features more than 300 products created by some of Australia’s most exciting and accomplished artist and designers – fine art, editioned prints, sculpture, small batch wines, curios with a related bookstore and courtyard café.
+Photographic:
Since ‘95 James has focused on providing high quality photographic and printing services to the, fine art, commercial and photographic industries. While they both collaborated in the past on design projects, it wasn’t until the loss of Morgan’s design studio in the 2009 Fires and the re-location to Yarra Glen that James and Morgan joined forces.
In the studio we have the latest printers enabling us to print colour-faithful prints up to 1.1m wide. A variety of stocks from art papers to canvas stocks are available. The studio services, one-off prints to entire exhibitions and offers traditional darkroom services for artists passionate about old school photographic printing.
+Design:
Acme’s scope of design work ranges from simple flyers for community groups, to complete branding for major companies. Supporting the arts and commercial industries, we nurture small businesses and support larger companies. Immaterial of the size of our clients, our values and fundamentals remain the same.
